The Convention of States application in your state, SJ 7, is filed and scheduled to go before the Senate Judiciary Committee on February 3.
Just this week, a large crowd of supporters secured us two victories in Virginia committees. We need the same level of support to ensure a favorable decision in Montana. We are expecting a close vote, so your attendance may make the difference between passing, or killing Montana's opportunity to pass the resolution. Don’t miss this opportunity to witness and be a part of history in the making!
Please spread the word to all of your contacts and help us fill the room!
When: Tuesday, February 3, 2015, 9:00 am
Where: Montana Capitol Building, Room 303
Please arrive early and sign the roll as a proponent of SJ 7. If you are interested in testifying in favor of our legislation, please contact Jane Hamman immediately.
If you aren't able to attend, you can still help by contacting the committee members and voicing your support for SJ 7. You can find their contact information, along with a sample email (personal emails are always preferable), below.

Please consider voting for SJ 7 to call a Convention of States. I believe this is the last, best chance to preserve liberty in this nation and force Congress to be fiscally responsible. The founders gave the states Article V for such a time as this—it is our duty to use it.
Your vote can bring us one step closer to ensuring the preservation of liberty in the United States. I want Montana to take the lead on this important issue.
