Constitutional Nonsense

Recently, the co-founder of the Convention of States Project, Michael Farris, replied to a propaganda piece being sent to the Oklahoma legislature by members of the John Birch Society.  The piece that was sent to legislators was so misguided that Farris had to set things straight.
